Date 2/25	Sent out Date of 2/25 or 2/27 for the banquet to board and coaches.  Date will be Tuesday 2/25.
Linda and Therese to call Kelly to work on decorations.  Jeff needs a check to put down a deposit at Harvest Grill.  Inform Seniors to Pick out pictures for frame/poster.  Jeff will put banquet form on the BLOG for parents to fill out and mail to Linda.

Discussion	Voting for 2014/2015 board members will be at the 2/11 board meeting.  It is advised that the president position come from an existing board member.  By-laws will be checked to determine voting rules.

Discussion	Vote to see if our club will donate $100 to the Senior planning committee.  Petition was to donate $100 to Senior party - 5 yes and 1 no vote.  This petition passed.
