Note: This is a very full week of skiing and competition. Good sleep habits will pay off. Saturday is an important practice as we will be checking out the race course at Camp Ripley.
Mon - On your own easy ski 45 min to 1 hr
Tues - Race at Elk River (Classic); Dismiss @ 1:40
Wed - Practice at Bunker with team pictures
Thurs - Race at Elk River (Skate); Dismiss @ 1:40
Fri - Practice at Bunker or Rum River
Sat - Bus to Camp Ripley to preview the Section 5 race course! Bus leaves at 10:30 from the high school.
