Bob Foster created a link that allows you to setup an account to have an email or text sent whenever the Andover Nordic Blog is updated. Here are the directions for setting up your account and activating the feed.
IFTTT.com (IF This, Then That) can be set up to send you a text or email when there are updates to the Andover Nordic Ski blog. I have created two IFTTT recipes and made them available for general use.
To use these notifications you must first go to IFTTT.com and set up an account. Once an account is set up then you can put the notifications to use.
For Email updates use recipe #70883 - You will have to activate the "Feed" and "Email" channels before you can use the email recipe.

For Text Message updates use recipe #70884 - You will have to activate the "Feed" and "SMS" channels before you can use the text message recipe.
