Summer Training 7/8 to 7/12

7/8: Skate technique (open field and v2) distance ski with 8-10 x 1 min intervals

7/9: Classic 2 x10 min single pole and kick double pole technique

7/11: Running/ski walking with 10 x bounding uphill

7/12 Strength
